Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is a American writer, singer and performer well-known for her character Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Her acting career began as a stage performer in the 1950s, beginning by performing in Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. She then acted in a number of Broadway performances before she was the most famous on stage together with Li'l Abner, in the year 1957. The same year, She recorded her first album, It's the Time for Tina. Louise's first foray in Hollywood was when she played Griselda on God's Little Acre, a 1958 film. The film received widespread applause. Louise won the Golden Globe Award under the New Star of the year category. She enrolled in Actors Studio, New York in the same time and was Lee Strasberg's teacher. The actress joined CBS in 1964 as Ginger Grant. Louise Balfour was able to juggle between Broadway as well as Hollywood acting as a sombre character contrast to her image of the glamorous model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The series starred her as SG-1's Helen Magnus and Sanctuary. In recent times, she also became a well-known director of popular television series like Supernatural and The 100. Her birthplace was in Essex on the 28th of August on the 28th of August, 1965. The family moved to Toronto for her early years. When she was selected in 1997 to play Samantha Carter she settled down in Vancouver and has lived in Vancouver ever since.
