Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. When she was 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she placed third. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to be 6th place at the level of Fitness even though she not having any expectations. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out includes her lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and sitting rows. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to working out. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
