Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to meet the business objectives, but particularly during times of fast development and change. She has been a key partner in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for organizations and plans has involved planning organizational and operational performance along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. Infatuated by leadership, she sees team building and learning as the key to winning. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and trained leaders who have achieved results and have had success. Her experience has helped create cultures within organizations which encourage learning and creativity. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to devote her talents and time to the cause. Additionally, she supports a variety of non-profit organisations in her time off. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. Additionally, she provides education for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
