Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is a Canadian-American singer-songwriter. Her catalog includes more than 20 albums. The music of DiFranco is classified as folk and alternative rock but also has influences of hip-hop and jazz. Ani DiFranco is widely recognized as the feminist's icon and Grammy-winning artist, is believed to be the creator in DIY music. She was one of the pioneers to establish her own label in the year 1990. DiFranco was born on the 23rd September 1970 in the city of Buffalo, New York. She is the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross), who met Dante Americo DiFranco while studying at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her father is of Italian descent, and her mother hails from Montreal. 32 Flavors is a song composed and performed by Ani DiFranco.
